Purchase conditions

  1. A sales contract for our products will be concluded when we issue an acceptance letter for your order. 
  2. When purchasing our products, you are deemed to have confirmed the contents of these purchase conditions and agreed to them before applying to purchase our products.
  3. We prohibit the resale or resale of our products or the act of purchasing our products for other commercial purposes (hereinafter referred to as "purchases for the purpose of resale"). Therefore, if any of the following applies and we determine that the purchase is for the purpose of resale, we may immediately cancel the sales contract for the product without notice, even after the sales contract for the product has been concluded.
    • When purchasing three or more units of the same model of our products (however, different colors or sizes are considered the same model; the same applies below) for the purpose of resale.
    • When purchasing products of our company that have purchase limits set by our company in excess of the purchase limit.
    • When multiple orders for the same model of our product are made by a purchase applicant with the same or similar email address
    • When multiple orders for the same model of our product are placed by a purchase applicant with the same phone number
    • If we are unable to contact the purchase applicant by their phone number.
    • When multiple orders for the same model of our product are placed by a purchase applicant with the same delivery address or building
    • When a purchaser with the same IP address, device identifier, or other identifier places multiple orders for our products for the purpose of resale
    • If our products cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an unknown address or a long absence, even though we have delivered them to the delivery address of our products.
    • If the delivery address for our products is a business, store, warehouse, or post office box that we determine has been prepared for the purpose of resale
    • If there is a possibility that our products are being forwarded using a forwarding service
    • The same credit card holder has specified multiple shipping addresses for the purpose of resale.
    • If the fraud analysis system used by our company determines that there is a possibility of a fraudulent order.
    • Any other case where the Company reasonably determines that the purchase was for the purpose of resale.
  4. If the customer falls under any of the following circumstances, the Company may immediately cancel the sales contract for the Company's products without notice.
    • In the event of delay or non-payment of the purchase price of our products
    • If you repeatedly fail to receive or return our products after we have shipped them to you
    • If the customer is recognized as belonging to or associated with anti-social forces, or if the company determines that the customer has an association with anti-social forces
  5. If we determine that a purchase application is from the same customer who has previously violated paragraph 3 or 4, we may refuse to accept the customer's application for a sales contract (purchase) for our products.
  6. The ownership of our products is transferred to the customer at the time when we hand over our products to the delivery company for which a sales contract has been concluded. We cannot compensate for any loss, damage, or other damage to our products that occurs after that point.
  7. If our product has an initial defect or initial malfunction, we will accept an exchange or return only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for our product.
  8. If the size of our product does not fit, we will only accept an exchange once if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. In this case, the shipping fee for the product will be borne by the customer.
  9. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as "The color is different from what I saw on the screen" or "The product is different from what I imagined."
  10. If, after accepting an exchange or return of our product, we find that the product is dirty, smells odorous (including, but not limited to, odors of everyday life such as tobacco or cosmetics), or is damaged, or if we find that the product shows signs of use, we will not be able to accept an exchange or return.
  11. Our products have limited stock, so if we run out of stock we may not be able to offer an exchange.
  12. If you purchase our products in a currency other than Japanese yen and then return them to us, we will refund the purchase price based on the exchange rate at the time of refund, even if the refund amount fluctuates due to fluctuations in the exchange rate between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
  13. Even if we cancel the sales contract for the product, we may claim damages (including attorney's fees) from the buyer of the sales contract.
