You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Please follow the steps below to complete the procedure.

    Steps for cancelling an order

    In the case of bank transfer payment

    For orders before payment, if a certain period of time passes without payment being made, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    *Also, orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.

    Credit card payment

    1. Click "Confirm your order" in the "Order confirmation email" that is automatically sent after placing your order.
    2. Click "Cancel" on the order confirmation screen*
    3. Click "Yes" on the "Are you sure you want to cancel?" pop-up

    *If cancellation is not possible, the "Cancel" button will not be displayed.

    Note

    • Cancellations are only possible for orders placed before shipping preparation begins. Orders placed after this date cannot be cancelled.
    • If you order multiple products, you cannot select and cancel only some of the products. The entire order will be canceled.
    • For custom orders and made-to-order products, which are made to order based on customer orders, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to order details after the order period has ended.
    • If you pay by bank transfer, you cannot cancel your order after payment has been made. If you have placed an order before payment, the order will be automatically canceled if a certain period of time has passed without payment.
